Children & Youth Ministries

At Waterway, we believe that a saving relationship with Jesus Christ, as well as strong friendships with other believers, is essential for everyone. Statistics show that most people who become Christians and enter into a relationship with Jesus Christ do so before the age of 18, so we work really hard to make sure that there are tons of opportunities for children and youth to interact with each other and learn about Jesus. We spend a lot of time and energy creating safe, vibrant learning spaces for all kids.

Weekly Sunday School

We offer classes and/or staffed nurseries for all ages from 9:30-10:20 AM every Sunday morning. 

During Worship Services

Staffed nurseries and childcare for children up to 4 years old during our 10:30 AM Sunday worship service. We’ve learned that not all 2-year-olds love sermons. 

Children’s Church

Kids 4 years old through 1st grade are invited to attend a special worship service geared just for them during the sermon time in our 10:30 AM Sunday worship service.

On the 2nd & 4th Sunday of the month, kids 2nd - 5th Grade are invited to attend a special worship service geared just for them during the sermon time in our 10:30 AM Sunday worship service.

During the Week

Jr. High Youth group

Jr. High Youth Group meets on the first Wednesday of the month for Bible Study and also has a monthly activity.

Sr. High Youth Group

Sr. High Youth Group meets each Wednesday for Bible Study and has many extra activities throughout the year.
